The hotel surprised me with a complimentary chocolate cake. it was a nice gesture. the staff was very attentive. They addressed my needs efficiently. the location provided easy access to public transport, which simplified my travel.
the gym was somewhat small, so there were limited options for workout equipment.

the room featured individual ac units, which helped with temperature control. there was a small closet available, though i noticed limited outlets near the bed. i had to unplug the phone to charge my devices.

the breakfast buffet included a good selection of food. the breakfast was always full. it was difficult to get a table during peak hours, though the staff worked to accommodate everyone!

The front desk staff provided information when asked. Joau cancela was especially helpful. the hotel addressed room issues effectively, with ines, the customer experience director, providing support. mayka, the gm, ensured a positive overall experience.

The metro station is right outside the door, convenient for airport access. rossio square is less than a 10 minute walk, offering proximity to the city center. the location was perfect. Though the parking was expensive.

excellent breakfast good location old towels faulty phone
i enjoyed the breakfast. it was really good and had many options. the staffs was very friendly, they gave me a cake. it was very good location, very close to the metro station.
the towels seemed old. they had grey color. i find the phone does not work. the staff didn't apologize about it.
